The Moscow Kremlin Museums launch the eighth annual Music Festival "Ambassadorial Gifts", dedicated to a large-scale exhibition project of the Museum ÔÇťThe Kremlin Legends: Russian RomantiĐüism and the Armoury ChamberÔÇŁ.
This year concludes the four-year Music Festival at the Moscow Kremlin Museums, which was dedicated to the development of Russian opera. The festival covers a wide period from the end of the 17th century to the beginning of the 20th century. The project was launched in 2018 with a dramatised performance based on a play by Simeon Polotsky.
"Musical Gatherings in the Kremlin" is a new musical project of the Moscow Kremlin Museums, meant to become traditional alongside the proven and well-recognized festivals "Ambassadorial Gifts" and ÔÇťTsars and Muses: Opera at the Russian CourtÔÇŁ.
It is the fourth time, when the Moscow Kremlin Museums held the Music Festival "Tsars and Muses: Opera at the Russian Court". In 2022 it will be dedicated to "The Duel: From Trial by Combat to a Noble Crime" exhibition project and will refer to the highest achievements of the national opera school during its heyday, i.e. the second half of the 19th century.
Music Festival "Tsars and Muses: Opera at Russian Court" will be held on 9 and 30 November 2021 at the Armoury Chamber of the Moscow Kremlin Museums. It will be dedicated to vocal and instrumental music of the epoch of Emperor Alexander I with the motto "Opera in glorification of the Fatherland".
The Moscow Kremlin Museums hold the VI International Music Festival "Ambassadorial Gifts", dedicated to the exhibition project "Decline of the Dynasty: The Last Rurikids and the False Dmitry", from 19th to 31th May 2021.
The 5th Music Festival "Ambassadorial Gifts" is timed to the display held in the Moscow Kremlin Museums: Peter the Great. Collector, Scholar, Artist. Traditional music festival "Ambassadorial Gifts" will run in the Moscow Kremlin Museums from 16th to 27th of November 2018 (established in 2014). This time we turn to an abundant and stylistically diversified Italian music covering the period of the 17th century when violin became the leading music instrument, the baroque epoch with its great Italian opera, as well as the time of fascinating melodies of 20th-century Italian cinema.

The Moscow Kremlin Museums present The Second International Music Festival as a part of the intercultural project "Ambassadorial Gifts", dedicated to the large-scale exhibition "Boris Godunov. From a Courtier to the Sovereign of All Russia".
The new music project of the Moscow Kremlin Museums is aimed at paying the tribute to the great architect of the Renaissance epoch Aristotele Fioravanti. The festival program reflects music tendencies of the XVth ÔÇôXVIth centuries, as well as comprises church and secular music created by Russian and European composers of the XVIIIth ÔÇô XIXth centuries.
Music festival ┬źAmbassadorial Gifts┬╗ is held in The Moscow Kremlin Museums in the period from September, 24th to November, 11th within a cross-cultural collaborative programme to mark the Year of British culture in Russia. Famous musicians from Great Britain and Russian Federation will perform remarkable Russian and English pieces of music to present their own vision of musical traditions of both countries.
