On 11 April, the first working day of the exhibition “Fine Dining: Stories of Food in Ancient China”, the exclusive lecture “Fragrance of Wine and Charm of Tea. Traditions of culinary art in Ancient China” by the curator of the project Ms Yang Yuе will be held in the Lecture Hall of the Moscow Kremlin Museums. The author will pay attention to the main drinks of China – wine and tea. Traditions of their consumption date back several thousand years. The audience will also learn about the role of dining ceremonies in the culture of China.
ATTENTION: The lecture will be held in Chinese language without translation.
